This week Bassmaster announced that they will no longer be requiring anglers to pay entry fees for the 2025 season. This has sparked a lot of speculation and disagreement between anglers and media. Below is a calculation of 2024 Elite Series earnings not including the Bassmaster Classic or AOY / Cash Bonuses per event (Big Bass and Contingencies). This is not to sway opinions one way or another, but to provide clarity to the general public and anglers making tough decisions this year.
